7. Fees and Payment
Users agree to pay the fees and any other charges incurred in connection with your user name and account for the Services offered (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. We may use a third-party payment processor to facilitate your payments. All financial transactions will be processed by the third-party payment processor, and any payment terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such transactions are solely between you and the third-party payment processor.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 Leonor Coaching offers a partial refund for sessions not taken under certain conditions, specifically, a refund of 25% for sessions agreed upon with the client but not taken. There are no refunds for digital products once they have been accessed by the user.
8.2 To request a refund, users must contact Leonor Coaching within a specified period from the purchase date, detailing the reason for the request. The decision to grant a refund will be made at the discretion of Leonor Coaching based on the circumstances presented.
9. User Conduct
9.1 Users agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Services. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Services.
9.2 Leonor Coaching reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services without notice, should your conduct fail to comply with these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property Rights

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Finland Chamber of Commerce. The place of arbitration shall be Turku, Finland, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
